The experience at EMG Thetford was good because I have always had excellent service from Eric Chung. I trust him totally and have bought my last 3 cars with his help - a Rio, a Picanto and now a beautiful yellow Stonic with lots of bells and whistles!

From start to finish the whole process was floorless! The vehicle was as described, in excellent condition and reasonably priced, which I was very pleased with as I am 2 hours away so it's not a local garage to me. EMG Kia Cambridge were great because I was looked after and I was told before I went that I wouldn’t be able to take it out for a test drive as the wheels had been sent away for refurbishing they done everything that I asked I was very happy with the service I got from them and the follow up call to make sure everything was ok and I was happy with the car was very good I will definitely recommend them to others and when I eventually come to change the car I will definitely come back to emg

I was happy with the service at EMG Kia Cambridge because the sales agent Ryan Macridge was very professional. He explained all of the purchase options and the extras we could purchase. He found a car that fitted our requirements at another EMG KIA. He arranged delivery to Cambridge for us to review and test drive it. Ryan called us after we had the car for a few days to check everything was ok and checked if we needed anything explaining.
