EMG Motor Group is excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join the management team at our Kings Lynn dealership. This role offers a competitive OTE of up to £70,000, plus benefits, including the use of a company car.
EMG Sales Managers work flexible schedules, including weekends and bank holidays (on a rota basis), to provide our customers with the highest levels of service.
About the Role
This is a fantastic chance to lead and inspire a dynamic sales team, driving success in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As Used Car Sales Manager, you will take full responsibility for achieving agreed sales targets for used vehicles while maintaining strict financial and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster trust, communicate effectively, and deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that every customer’s journey with EMG Motor Group is second to none.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support the sales team with daily operations, including customer engagement, managing the sales funnel, preparing vehicles, and closing deals.
- Guide the team to meet monthly KPIs, including unit sales, profit per vehicle, finance penetration, and additional product sales, ensuring sales and profit forecasts are consistently met.
- Oversee the accurate collection and management of customer and vehicle data to maximise the effectiveness of the customer database while adhering to FCA compliance standards.
- Complete all paperwork accurately and provide detailed sales reports as required.
