We are seeking an enthusiastic Trainee Parts Advisor to support our experienced team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and develop within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be working alongside a friendly, supportive team while gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and supplying required parts for workshop repairs.
- Support the team in maintaining stock levels, ordering, and selling vehicle parts and accessories.
- Help process parts orders for service customers under guidance.
- Provide support with various tasks within the parts department during busy periods.
- Learn to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Uphold a professional and positive attitude, demonstrating integrity and discretion.
- Support the team in meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Develop strong communication skills, both written and verbal, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Build effective working relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Assist in scheduling and allocating work to ensure timely task completion.
- Learn and adhere to quality-related and audit processes.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be keen to learn and develop in a busy, hands-on environment.
- Have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience in a role dealing with logistics/stock management might be advantageous.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:15am – 17:15pm
- Saturdays on a Rota Basis (once a month)
