Customer Contact Executive Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Customer Contact Team within the heart of EMG Motor Group.

The Role and responsibilities

· Answering all incoming calls in a timely manor

· Making outgoing calls to ensure satisfaction of our customers

· Creating MOT Voucher invoices

· Group Admin such as updating the website and 3rd party websites and more

· Franking and Mail merge’s for the group

· Distributing emails to the correct location & department

· Keeping updated logs of all incoming calls for the separate departments

· Inputting & Updating of GDPR’S for the group

What we are looking for

· Someone to be able to demonstrate previous experience in customer service, exceeding client expectations and handling client requests

· Someone who is confident in problem solving skills

· The ability to multi-task

· Excellent telephone and written communication skills

· Experienced in prioritising and effectively dealing with customer requirements

· The ability to hit suitable targets

· IT literate with ability to use different software applications

· Experienced in Data entry

· Accurate attention to details

· Someone who is confident in working alone and within a team

We are looking for office; call centre or customer service experience. Loyalty through a stable employment history. We would also be looking for someone with experience working with IT packages and customer database

Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-6pm, Saturdays (1 in 4 as per a rota)
