We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team. As the ideal candidate, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering high-quality service. We are seeking someone who takes pride in being process-oriented and can bring relevant experience from a similar position. You will be part of a supportive and friendly team, working with an exciting and diverse range of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately identify and supply the necessary parts for workshop repairs.
- Manage stock levels, ensuring timely ordering and sales of vehicle parts and accessories.
- Process parts orders for service customers efficiently.
- Assist with various tasks within the parts department during peak times.
- Prioritise and schedule tasks effectively, ensuring productivity under pressure.
- Maintain professionalism and integrity, handling situations with discretion and objectivity.
- Consistently meet deadlines while upholding high standards of work quality.
- Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally, even in high-pressure situations.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with both colleagues and customers.
- Ensure the efficient allocation of tasks to meet timelines.
- Adhere to all quality standards and audit requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to manage stock, process orders, and quickly learn manufacturer systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess knowledge of Kerridge, Keyloop, or similar systems (this would be an advantage).
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:15am – 17:15pm
- Saturdays on a Rota Basis (once a month)
