Group Support Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled and qualified Support Vehicle Technician to enhance our dedicated aftersales team. This role is based in Kings Lynn, serving not only this location but also providing support across our 11 other dealerships in East Anglia. This is an exceptional chance to join a growing family run retail group and play a vital role in our aftersales service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct scheduled vehicle servicing in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Perform Electronic Visual Health Checks (EVHC) on all vehicles, delivering detailed reports along with expert advice and recommendations.
Ensure all vehicle servicing tasks are executed safely and to a high standard, adhering to both internal protocols and manufacturer standards.
Ideal Candidate:

You should be a qualified vehicle technician, ideally Level 2 or 3.
Possession of a full UK driving license is essential.
Experience with specific manufacturers preferred.
You should exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, effective communication, keen attention to detail, and robust organisational and time management skills.
