About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a fully qualified Vehicle Technician/ Mechanic to join our thriving workshop.
Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled vehicle servicing, diagnostics and repairs in compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintaining up to date product knowledge.
- Carry out Electronic Visual Health Checks (EVHC) on all vehicles, providing comprehensive reports and expert recommendations.
- Collaborate closely and communicate effectively with the rest of the aftersales team, while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ensure all vehicle servicing and repair activities are conducted safely and to a high standard, meeting both internal and manufacturer specifications.
- Participate in continuous training and development to stay current with the latest products and services.
- Contribute to both local and company-wide process improvements and innovations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Level 3 qualified vehicle technician with a strong technical skill set.
- 3 or more years work experience.
- A full UK driving license is essential.
- Previous manufacturer experience is a advantageous.
