We are pleased to share that we excitingly have an opportunity for a Sales Manager based at our newly launched EMG BYD site in Kings Lynn.

EMG Kings Lynn is part of the larger network of dealerships at Grainger Motor Group that operates across the East of England and North Herts.

As an EMG Sales Manager, you will be at the heart of all sales enquiries, collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure our customers receive the best in care and service and that the team successfully achieves targets month on month. You will also work alongside the management team to oversee the daily activities within our sales team.

EMG Sales Managers work flexible schedules, including weekends and bank holidays (on a rota basis), to provide our customers with the highest levels of service.

To be successful in this role you will have;

  • A proven track record in automotive sales either as a Sales Manager or a Senior Sales Executive.
  • Good business and commercial understanding.
  • A positive and forward thinking work ethic.
  • The skills and experience to lead and inspire a team.
  • A proactive and organised approach.
  • Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working as part of a team in a target driven environment, supporting both shared and personal objectives.


You duties will include;

  • Enhancing the sales and profitability of new and used vehicles and related products.
  • Effectively motivate and support other members of the sales team to reach expected targets.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service.
