Within This Role:

As a Product Genius, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things technology and products within our dealership. This isn’t a sales role; instead, you’ll focus on understanding customer needs, sharing your knowledge, and enhancing their overall experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Interaction:
Providing a warm, engaging first point of contact for showroom visitors and digital enquiries.
Listening carefully to understand customer needs, questions, and aspirations.

Product Knowledge: Promoting
Promoting our Kia and Mazda brands by explaining products and technologies in a friendly, accessible way.
Advising customers on eco-car ownership, including EV grants, charging options, and regenerative braking.

Customer Experience:
Supporting off-site events and acting as a brand ambassador.
Conducting product presentations, test-drives, and vehicle handovers to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer journey.
Photographing and preparing bespoke videos of new car stock for our website.

Training & Development:

Growing your expertise through regular online and classroom-based training sessions.

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Passionate about technology, with a strong interest in gadgets, IT, and a good understanding of smartphones, websites, and Microsoft Office.
• Enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Skilled in communication, both verbal and written.
• Flexible, with the ability to work varied hours, including weekends.
• In possession of a full UK driving licence.
