Bought an suv from emg Haverhill, 1 that I'd seen online in Ipswich emg branch and asked Paul to get over for me. Having issues getting the thing into reverse which is really frustrating. I only I tend keeping the thing for around 12mths then it will be traded in. Mel the manager offered diamond bright treatment for £100 off list. Paul, the salesman who we saw was helpful, he got the car over for me from Ipswich himself as there was no driver available to do that. I never recommend any dealership as its subjective. You have to go where you find the type of car you want. I'm not enamoured of the mitsubishi and would not buy another one. It will go in 1mths time and I'll get what I really wanted but no dealer seemed to be able to find for me. Prices are competative, shame dealers aren't open on Sundays, make it easier for people like me who work weekdays. Paul sorted everything out quickly on the day, I do feel a 15min test drive around a 2or3 mile drive isn't a decent test drive when you have to work. You need to get a feel for a car and not have to rush through a test and decision making process. So longer test drives would be good, not just with emg all dealers need to do them. Emg have some good cars and we'll priced, worth a look for a used vehicle.

I can not say enough great things about the Service Department in Haverhill. We brought our 3rd car from EMG recently and are very happy with our purchase. Paul from sales is a calm, no rush and no pressure sales person and has always been there to answer any questions we had and did everything he could to make the purchase smooth and stress free and helped us get the best value for our money. EMG’s service team have always been upfront and approachable in the last 10 years we have been with them and they are surprisingly competitive for a main dealer and cost more or less the same as most other independent garages in and around Haverhill for both small and big repairs. In my own experience if you especially have an old Kia they are definitely worth going to as due to frequent incremental tweaks and changes that were made over the years across the Kia range I personally trust EMG being an approved dealer to secure the rights parts without any fuss and delays. If you are covered by their extended warranty you are sorted out for whatever problems arise. The diesel pump on our old Kia Carens was changed under warranty without any problems and we have now brought a Kia Sportage and remembered to buy the warranty which was added onto start after the remaining Manufacturers warranty ends in a couple of years.

After a breakdown and a call to the AA, EMG were able to book me in just five days after the breakdown. 8am whilst I waited. Very fair prices: Part price accurate to Ford parts website Labour charged per 10 minutes not per hour! Total price was typical - not the cheapest not the most expensive. A fair price, and the customer service was great. Waiting areas comfortable, sadly no coffee machine - but I survived.

I recently completed a part-ex purchase at EMG Haverhill through Paul Freeman. The experience from start to finish was entirely painless, helped greatly by Paul's easy manner and that he was more interested in selling cars, rather than finance options. We discussed a trade in price on the phone prior to going to the showroom. We reached an agreement in principle with a variation of £250 up or down, depending on any unreported damage. In the end, the price paid was as agreed. The test drive was all as expected and Paul took me through all the features of the car. The drive itself was perhaps a little shorter than expected but included all the components you might need, including hills, bends, A-roads. There is only so much you can learn about a car in a short run so EMG's warranty gives additional peace of mind. Collection the following week was seamless, with the new car in tip top shape and fully valeted. It feels important to mention that there was more than enough fuel in the tank to get me home! All in all, very happy with the service at EMG and Paul in particular.

I am very happy to say that I bought my new car at EMG Haverhill. Even a worldwide pandemic can’t stop this team!!! I had been counting down the months for my previous car finance to come to an end so I could start again on another. Via the website I logged my interest and simply messaged for them to contact me once open. I was very impressed with the service I received from James Player when I purchased my nearly new Ford Fiesta Titanium X. I live an hour and a half away, so I went up to view it and have a test drive, but wanted the Diamondbrite treatment so had to go up again to collect it. I wasn't sure how I was going to get there and he offered to collect me from a railway station which was about half an hour's drive away. I drove up in the end and they agreed I could leave my old car there for a while while I decided what to do with it. They couldn't have been more helpful.

Just purchased car for my wife from Haverhill EMG, in part exchange for her previous car, which we had also purchased from them. Sales team were just as we had previously experienced, no pressure selling, we had explained why we wanted to change, sales executive James gave us helpful options on cars available, did not try to sell us a car that would not be suitable, we eventually settled on a Fiesta, needed 5 door, previous car was only 3 door. He understands what we are looking for including the optional extras we want and those we don't. Because EMG Haverhill is part of a much bigger group, the actual choice of vehicles is all the vehicles in the group and not just those on the forecourt. 2019 This car sales dealership is one of the best that I have bought cars from in over 30 years of motoring and in various locations in the UK. Definitely the best in Haverhill. They are in the business of making money, of course, but they also try to make sure one leaves happy enough with the deal.

Paid for service and valeter service good but valet and wash not good car was not cleaned inside still rubbish left on rear passenger footwell plus items had gone missing from inside car I reported it at time plus sills on car won't washed still got mud on them .Would recommend service but but not wash and valet

The sales staff are not pushy and will always strive to find you the perfect car, but the best thing about this company is their service department. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Car is always returned clean and, unless an unforeseen problem has arisen, on time. So lucky to have such a reliable company close by.
